Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include a copy of your original packing slip.
Ship to the Museum
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send your package to our returns department at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
